ORDER FORM FOR GREENLAW GENEALOGICAL DATA CD

The Greenlaw Family Association has accumulated and organized a large amount of Greenlaw Family genealogical data.  The Board of Directors of the Association has had to develop a policy and an organized method for the distribution of this data.  It has determined that this information would best be issued via CD on an annual basis.  The first edition, February 2005, is now available.  It will be updated during the coming year and the next edition will be made available in 2006, and each year thereafter with updates being made throughout the year for the upcoming annual edition of the CD.

The current CD is for use with the 2005 version of Family Tree Maker (will not work with earlier versions).  It includes the descendants of William and Jane Greenlaw, nothing earlier as yet.  Statistics on information included in this file are as follows:  file size: 41,701 KB; total number of individuals: 6,740; total number of marriages: 2,330; text records: 30,733; total number of generations: 13; and total number of surnames: 1,434.  The file includes many photographs of individuals; some documents, such as birth and death certificates; many photographs of gravestones; and other material.

Also included on the CD are a backup file for the data; a genealogical report for the file in Rich Text Format; and Microsoft Word Documents for Greenlaw Genealogical Research Forms for use in contributing to the data base; the Greenlaw bibliography; the American Greenlaw Tartan Information; and the American Greenlaw Tartan Order Form.

The CD sells for $10 (U.S. dollars) for members of the Greenlaw Family Association, $15 (U.S. dollars) for non-members.  The CD is made available by the Greenlaw Family Association and is for educational purposes and is not for commercial use.  Charges involved are to cover the costs of supplies, packaging, and mailing.
